Former Vegas showgirl Pissy Hardling runs a dive bar in the American South. Because of economic downturn and a series of natural disasters, the bar is not expected to last through the end of the week—that is, until the arrival of the disgraced British countess, Dame Eleanor Poop, who promises to use her remaining fortune to help Pissy keep the bar open if and only if Pissy will let her use the bar as a shelter from the British authorities who are hot on her trail.
